An American-style solid wood bookshelf from Qicai Rensheng. Built with 100% solid wood in a brown wood grain finish with a dark grey metal frame, water-based lacquer, and Hafele hardware. Hand-distressed edges, worm holes, spray dots and cow-tail marks give every unit its own character.
Description
The Q19-FG1050 is an American-style solid wood bookshelf. A dark grey metal frame meets a brown wood grain surface, with clean rectangular lines that sit flat against the wall in a living room, study or hallway.
The body is made of 100% solid wood and finished with a water-based lacquer. The frame and legs are metal, with Hafele hardware at the joints. Every distressing detail — scraped edges, gouges, worm holes, spray dots and cow-tail marks — is applied by hand, so grain and marks differ slightly from one piece to the next. That variation is what separates it from standard panel furniture.
The shelf is expandable: use a single unit as a corner piece or bedside storage, or line several up to build a full wall of books. It adapts to your collection and the length of your wall, and suits studies and living rooms where the shelving needs to read as part of the room.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
