How we handle notices

1. We log the notice and acknowledge it by email.
2. We check the listing against the right you claim. If it is unclear, we may ask for more detail or the registration number.
3. Confirmed infringements are removed from the site and from the catalogue feed. Repeat offenders are blocked.
4. If you believe a listing was removed in error, reply to our email — we restore listings that turn out to be legitimate.

We only process notices that include the declarations and signature below. This is the same standard used by major marketplaces, and it protects both sides.
