The rules that apply when you order from this store.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of foshanfurniture.com and any order you place through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. Products and stock
Everything we sell is overstock: discontinued lines, cancelled orders, end-of-season stock and floor samples. Products are sold as described, in the condition shown on the product page. Quantities are limited and change weekly. If a line sells out after you order, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and are ex-works. They exclude international freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and local delivery unless we state otherwise in writing. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
5. Minimum order value
Container shipping costs are high relative to the value of the goods, so we ask for a minimum order value of US$5,000. Orders below the minimum can still be placed: we hold them and ship once your combined orders reach the threshold. You can ask us to cancel and refund a held order at any time before it ships.
6. Orders and payment
An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email. Payment is processed by Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud.
7. Shipping, inspection and risk
Unless we agree otherwise, goods ship by sea freight and risk passes to you when they are handed to the carrier at the port of loading. You are responsible for unloading and for any duties or taxes charged on import. Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Before a container is loaded we inspect each piece on video and send you the footage to approve. The inspection covers appearance, structure, hardware and that all parts are present. We load the container only after you confirm.
8. Returns, damage and refunds
All sales are final. These are liquidation goods sold at clearance prices, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, a wrong size, colour variance or fit.
If goods arrive damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. Once we have verified the damage we will refund the damaged portion of that item. We will not ask you to ship the furniture back, because return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.
Flaws that were already visible in the pre-shipment inspection video and approved by you are not covered.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape or copy it at scale, to interfere with its operation, or to present its content as your own.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Foshan, Guangdong, unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you a different right.
