- What is the minimum order for custom furniture?
- There is no single minimum — it depends on the piece, the material and how much new tooling the design needs. Send us your quantities and we will confirm the minimum in your quote.
- How long does custom production take?
- Most custom orders take around two months to produce in Foshan, counted from the day your drawings, materials and finishes are signed off. Ocean transit to the US is on top of that and depends on your destination port — we include an estimate with your quote.
- Can you make a sample first?
- Yes. For larger projects we can produce a sample before the full run, so you can check size, comfort, materials and finish. Sample cost and timing depend on the piece and are quoted case by case.
- What payment terms apply to custom orders?

- How is custom furniture shipped?
- By sea container from Foshan, with export-standard packing. Before loading, we film the finished pieces and the container ships only after you approve the video. Freight is quoted with your order based on volume and destination.
