A freestanding shelf from Qicai Rensheng, built from 100% solid wood with a water-based finish. The frame and legs are metal, finished in black, and Häfele hardware is used throughout. Units link together without limit, so a single shelf can grow into a full wall of storage.

The Qicai Rensheng Q19-FG1020 is a freestanding bookshelf in a restrained new-Chinese style: black metal frame and legs, solid wood shelves in their natural tone, and clean, straight lines that sit easily in a study, living room or entryway.
Every panel is 100% solid wood, finished with a water-based coating that leaves a soft, low-odor surface. The metal frame and legs give the piece its structure, and Häfele hardware is used throughout.
Units link together without limit. One shelf stands on its own; two or more side by side or stacked turn into a full wall of storage that can be sized to the room. Use it for books, files, display pieces or everyday objects — the shelf works as a bookcase, a display unit or general storage.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
