Description
This piece takes the new Chinese approach: a square body, four straight legs, nothing added for decoration. The character comes from proportion and from the wood itself — a deep brown solid timber with grain that shifts from dark to light as the light moves across it.
The frame, base and legs are all solid wood, while the top is sintered stone. The pairing is deliberate. Sintered stone is dense, so spilled tea, condensation and cup marks come off with a wipe, which matters on a surface used every day. The wood handles everything you touch — resting your forearms on the edge, leaning in over the table, you meet timber rather than cold stone.
The rectangular top establishes an obvious head of table, so seating sorts itself out when guests arrive. As a tea table it holds a tray, a kettle and a few cups without crowding. Set with chairs, it works just as well as a dining table for a family or a few friends.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
