The mother-of-pearl sideboard from Jifanxi Qiaozhijia sits in the transitional register: straight, slightly elongated lines, with the ornament confined to the door fronts. The case is finished in a warm gray that stays neutral against most wall colors, and it reads as comfortably in a contemporary apartment as in a traditional dining room.
The case is solid North American white oak, with grain running from the top through the sides. The door fronts are decorated with shell inlay, set in piece by piece so the surface shifts subtly as light moves across it. Six custom solid stainless steel legs, brushed to a matte sheen, hold the cabinet up and separate it visually from the floor — cool metal against the warmth of the oak and shell.
Use it as a sideboard in the dining room, where the top gives you room for a coffee setup, bottles, or serving ware while the interior takes care of the rest; or place it in an entry as a console that catches whatever comes through the door. Storage and display in one piece.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
