Imported Bally William A2004 chair in solid Indonesian mahogany with a leather-upholstered high back and arms. Hand-carved detailing, brass fittings and a distressed finish, plus a hydraulic lift and swivel base. Each piece is etched with the model number A2004.
Description
The Bally William A2004 is a solid wood and leather chair in the antique English idiom, built to work as both a desk chair and a lounge seat. The high back and arms are upholstered in leather, with button tufting and nailhead trim carrying the vintage look into the details. Black leather over a distressed wood frame reads as a piece that has already lived a while.
Both the frame and the legs are solid wood, in Indonesian mahogany hardwood, with brass fittings and hand-carved shaping. The surface is given a distressed, antiqued treatment, so the grain and tone sit dark and matte rather than glossy.
The seat adjusts hydraulically, so you can set the height for writing, reading or conversation, and the base swivels for easier getting in and out. Each chair is etched on the back with the product number A2004.
At home in a study, a home office or a receiving room — as the main chair at a desk, or as the piece the room is arranged around.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
