Description
This chair takes the classic American vintage route: a grounded, generous silhouette with restrained lines that settles into a living room, study or tea room without fighting the rest of the furniture.
The frame and legs are solid rubberwood throughout, lacquered in a deep brown that pairs easily with darker woods and soft upholstery. Seat and back are wrapped in top-grain oiled leather, with hair-on-hide accents adding weight and texture underhand; the leather develops its own sheen and grain over time.
The wooden arms open outward, the solid back gives full support, and a run of vintage nailhead trim traces the edge — a detail borrowed straight from traditional American furniture. It is not only a lounge chair: pull it up to a desk and it reads as a desk chair, set it beside a tea table and it becomes a tea chair, place it in the seating group and it holds the host position.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
Every piece is inspected on video before it leaves the warehouse, and we send you the footage to approve — only after you confirm do we load the container. We check appearance, structure, hardware and that all parts are present.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final for subjective reasons (change of mind, wrong size, colour variance, how it looks in place) — these are direct-showroom goods priced accordingly. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days with photos or video and we refund the damaged portion; we will not ask you to ship furniture back. Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.
