Living room furniture, ready to load
Seating, occasional tables and storage for the living room — the deepest category in our warehouse and the easiest to build a container around, because upholstery fills volume while hard pieces fill weight.
What a living room set actually contains
A living room is sold as a group: main seating, a coffee table, usually a side table, and often a TV stand or storage unit. Buying them together is what keeps the finish consistent — a grey sectional with a mismatched oak coffee table is the most common complaint we hear from buyers who sourced pieces separately. Our stock covers sofas and sectionals, coffee and side tables, TV stands and cabinets, so a coordinated group can come out of one load.
Mixing upholstery and hard furniture
Seating is bulky and light; tables and cabinets are compact and heavy. That combination is what makes a container efficient: upholstery uses the upper volume while hard pieces fill the base, and a 40HQ holds roughly 65–68 cubic metres in total. Current upholstery in stock runs across genuine leather, faux leather, cotton-linen, velvet and chenille, with coffee and side tables in marble, sintered stone, tempered glass and solid wood.
What to check on living room lots
On seating, the questions that matter are frame construction, foam density at the seat, and how the cushions are finished at the seams — these are what determine whether a sofa survives a year of retail use. On hard pieces, check whether tables are knock-down (they nearly always ship that way) and how tops are edge-finished. We film every piece before loading and can send close-ups of frames, cushions and joints for any SKU you are considering.
Clearance stock, immediate shipping
Everything here is finished stock — overstock from factory runs and end-of-line models — priced at clearance while it lasts. There is no production lead time: we pick, film and load once your order is confirmed. Shipping minimum is $5,000, and below that we hold and consolidate your order with later purchases.

Frequently asked questions
Can I build a full living room set from stock?
Yes — send us the group you need (for example one sectional, a coffee table, two side tables, a TV stand) and we will quote a coordinated mix from what is physically in the warehouse.
Which upholstery materials are available?
Genuine leather, faux leather, cotton-linen, velvet and chenille are all represented in current stock, across sofas, sectionals and chairs.
Do sofas ship assembled?
Most ship partially knocked down and packed for containerised freight. Send us the model you are considering and we will confirm the packed dimensions so you can plan the load.
How many living room sets fit in a container?
It depends on seating size — a sectional takes considerably more volume than a two-seat sofa. Give us your target group and we will return a load estimate against a 40HQ or 20GP.
