The Mextra YH07X-2 is a three-seat sofa with a clean modern profile. Leather upholstery wraps the frame and arms, while the seat and back cushions are fabric. Both cushions lift off for easy upkeep, and the cushioned back with arms keeps three people comfortable.
Description
The Mextra YH07X-2 is a three-seat sofa built around a modern, rectilinear silhouette. The rectangular seat, cushioned back and integrated arms keep the lines quiet, so it settles into a range of living room layouts without dominating the room.
Upholstery is leather across the body and arms, with fabric used for the seat and back cushions. The mix gives the sofa a soft sheen on the frame and a matte, textured feel where you actually sit. Both cushions are removable, which makes them easier to lift, flip and air out.
With room for three, it works as the main piece along a living room wall or as the anchor of a seating group. The brown and grey colorways are easy to pair with oak, walnut or darker furniture.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.
- Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
