Extendable dining tables, in stock
An extendable top is one of the most searched table features in the US — it lets a table serve four on a weeknight and eight at a holiday. These are finished extendable tables in our Foshan warehouse, clearance priced.
How the extension works
Most of our extendable tables use a butterfly leaf that folds out from the centre, or a leaf stored inside the table. The closed and open lengths are recorded per SKU, so you can check the seating capacity before ordering rather than after the container arrives.
Sizes that actually seat 6 to 8
As a working rule, allow 60 cm of table edge per person. A table that opens to around 180–200 cm seats six comfortably and eight at a push; anything shorter will feel tight once chairs are pulled out.
Mixing with chairs and case goods
Extendable tables combine well with chairs and sideboards from the same finish family, and tables load top-down as knocked-down tops and bases. A 40HQ holds roughly 65–68 cubic metres; our shipping minimum is $5,000.

Frequently asked questions
Do you list both closed and extended lengths?
Yes. Dimensions are recorded per SKU, so the closed length and the extended length are both available before you commit.
Can the leaf be stored inside the table?
On some models yes. The mechanism is recorded per SKU, so ask us and we will confirm which tables have a self-storing leaf and which use a separate butterfly leaf.
Are extendable tables available in stone?
Yes — the range includes solid wood and stone tops. Tell us the material and finish you sell and we will filter to matching lots.
