A new Chinese style armchair from Zhuanshi, built on a solid Wujinmu wood frame and upholstered in top-grain leather. High back with arms, suited to a study, tea corner, or living room.
Description
This armchair from Zhuanshi takes its cues from new Chinese design: a high, wrapping back and arms create a sense of enclosure that suits a study, a tea corner, or a quiet spot in the living room.
The frame, legs, and arms are all solid Wujinmu wood, its grain brought forward by a lacquered finish. Seat and back are upholstered in top-grain leather, whose soft hand contrasts with the firm wood structure. The seat cushion is fixed, so the surface stays flat and in place.
As a desk chair, the high back offers support through long working sessions; as a tea or lounge chair, the armed silhouette is made for lingering conversation. The same form can be grouped in pairs or sets and sits comfortably alongside new Chinese and modern minimalist interiors.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
