Description
This is a French silhouette without the usual scrollwork. A round top on a single pedestal, drawn tight and clean. The glossy black finish, edged in gold, carries the visual weight so the table reads light for its height rather than heavy.
The body is solid Russian birch, with ironwood burl laid over the top and column. Burl is dense and directionless by nature; combined with hand carving, no two surfaces in a run come out alike. Stainless steel hardware handles the connections and edges, holding a subtle black-and-gold contrast against the lacquer.
The pedestal is the practical argument: the base takes up little floor space and leaves all four sides open, so the table sits comfortably in a dining corner, beside a sofa, or in the transition zone of an open-plan kitchen. Pull up stools and it is a bar table; leave them out and it becomes a tall plant stand or a small round table for a cup and a plate.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
