Description
This is a transitional piece in the plainest sense: a rectangular case with straight edges and no ornament to argue with. The gray stain cools the oak down without hiding it, so the grain still reads across each drawer front. That middle ground is what makes it easy to live with — lighter than a dark wood chest, less sharp than white, and comfortable next to upholstery, rattan or metal.
The case and drawer fronts are solid North American white oak, with the grain variation and tonal shifts that come with the material. Surfaces are stained and smooth to the touch, and the edges are kept clean rather than rounded off. Eight drawers run top to bottom, which means clothing, bedding and odds and ends each get a home instead of piling into one deep cavity.
Because it stands on its own, it can go at the foot of a bed or along a bedroom wall for underwear, sleepwear and accessories, or move into the living room as a side cabinet for books, tea ware and objects. At eight drawers it carries enough visual weight to anchor a wall on its own.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
