A solid mahogany console with carved detailing and a deep brown high-gloss finish. The narrow rectangular top sits close to a wall, so it doesn't crowd a hallway, while the carved cabriole legs give it a clear Chinese character. Use it at the entry, or behind the sofa as a back table.
Description
The XG230 is made of solid mahogany, with the top, frame and legs drawn from the same hardwood so the grain reads continuously across the piece. The deep brown high-gloss finish keeps the wood grain visible and gives it a soft sheen under lamplight — restrained rather than showy.
The top is a clean rectangle with a shallow depth, which lets it sit close to the wall without eating into the path through a hallway. The four cabriole legs carry the design: the legs and apron are carved in solid wood, and the glossy finish sets the carved surfaces slightly apart from the flat ones, so there is detail up close without visual noise from across the room.
It isn't limited to the entry. Placed behind a sofa it works as a back table for a lamp, books and whatever lands there at the end of the day; it also suits the end of a corridor or a corner of the study as a display surface. The frame is fixed — it does not fold or extend — so it's best for a spot that stays put. The dark brown tone sits comfortably alongside wood flooring and dark door casings.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
