A long, armless bench built on a solid wood frame with a vintage plaid cotton-linen seat. Slim enough to sit against the wall in an entryway as a shoe-changing bench, and easy to move to the foot of the bed for dressing or setting things down.
Description
This bench is built on a solid wood frame with matching solid wood legs, finished in a warm tone that lets the grain speak. There is no ornament beyond the material itself, which is what keeps it quiet in a room and lets it work alongside whatever else you already own.
The seat is upholstered in a plaid cotton-linen in brown tones, chosen to sit close to the wood rather than compete with it. The retro character here comes from the fabric and finish, not from artificial distressing, so it reads as considered rather than costume.
The armless, backless rectangular form is what makes it flexible. Push it against a wall in the entryway and it becomes the spot where you sit to change shoes and drop a bag. Move it to the foot of the bed and it becomes a dressing seat and a place for a folded throw. One piece, two rooms, which is useful when square footage is tight.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.
- Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
