Description
The JG202 is square and restrained in shape, and almost all of its decoration is left to hand carving — the pattern across the doors and frame is cut by hand, and the uneven depth reads clearly under the dark brown lacquer. Deep brown is a warm, weighty tone that holds its own in a dining room and rarely clashes with wood furniture already in the house.
The cabinet body, frame and legs are all solid beech; no veneered board is used in place of it, so the piece feels consistent with solid wood throughout. The lacquered surface is straightforward to keep clean with a soft cloth.
Behind the two doors is a closed storage space, which works well organised by how often you reach for things: everyday glassware and openers within easy reach, spare tableware and bottles further up, with the doors shutting away the rest. It is freestanding, so it can stand against a wall, act as a divider between living and dining areas, or take on the storage role of a sideboard next to the table. Styling leans traditional rather than minimal, and it settles well into both classic and pared-back interiors as a substantial piece of solid wood furniture.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
