A US export overrun bed-end bench with a light-toned North American alder frame and imported jacquard upholstery. Clean lines, a soft pale palette, and two places to use it — at the foot of the bed or by the door as an entryway bench.
Description
This bench takes a light, French-inspired direction: an armless rectangular seat with clean lines and no extra ornament, so it holds its place at the foot of a bed or in an entryway without pulling the room off balance. The overall tone is pale and undemanding next to white walls, light wood furniture and natural textiles.
The frame and legs are made from light-toned North American alder in a natural finish that keeps the grain and the subtle variation between boards visible. The seat is upholstered in imported jacquard, a fabric woven into a fine, close pattern that reads soft to the hand and sets up a quiet contrast against the wood. The upholstery is fixed to the frame, and the bench is neither folding nor stackable.
It has two natural positions in a home. At the foot of the bed it gives you somewhere to sit while dressing or to set things down for a moment. Moved to the entry, it becomes an entryway bench, so you can sit to put shoes on instead of balancing on one foot. Because the palette and the shape are both restrained, it fits light wood, French-inspired and neutral interiors alike.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
