The Riflessi Pegaso is a rectangular dining table with a smoked oak veneer top over a plywood core and a matte black solid steel tube base. A brushed antique-bronze plated accent at the center of the X-base is the only bright detail on an otherwise quiet, dark-toned piece.
Description
The Pegaso table reads as Italian modern at its most restrained: a smoked oak top in deep brown set against matte black steel, with very little contrast between the two. It settles into a room rather than dominating it, and works equally well against dark wood cabinetry or a plain neutral wall.
The top is built on a plywood core and faced in smoked oak veneer, so the oak's straight grain and open pores stay legible across the surface. Pairing a stable core with a real wood face keeps the look and feel of timber while holding the top flat over its span. The frame and base are thick solid round steel tube, finished in matte black, which gives the warm brown top a cooler counterweight. Where the two legs of the X-base meet, a brass-plated stainless steel detail in brushed antique bronze picks up the warmth of the oak. It is the single highlight on the piece.
The rectangular top offers plenty of lateral room, making it a fit for a formal dining room, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, or a layout anchored by an island. Because the steel frame carries the top at the perimeter, the space underneath stays clear for legs and chairs. A quiet, material-driven design rather than a decorative one.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
