Description
This modular sofa takes its cue from mid-century and 1970s interiors: a squared silhouette, low back and straight arms, with no tufting or nailhead trim to soften it. It holds its presence through proportion and clean edges rather than ornament, and settles naturally into rooms with wood floors, warm neutrals or bare concrete.
The seat, back and arms are all upholstered in velvet — a short pile that feels soft to the touch and reflects light subtly, shifting from deep to lighter green across the surface. That variation keeps the retro olive tone from reading flat in a room. Beneath the upholstery, the frame is solid wood. The two seat cushions are separate pieces, so each can be squared up on its own, and the seat has a comfortable, resilient feel that recovers after you stand.
The block format is designed to be arranged rather than fixed: place the two pieces side by side as a straight run, or wrap them into a corner to define a seating area. It works as a primary living room sofa, and equally in a long open-plan room, study or casual lounge. - We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
