Description
This single-seat lounge chair comes from Renhao's Modica Modern collection. The beige leather and ash wood frame keep the look calm and uncluttered, so it settles easily into a living room, study, or bedroom corner.
The frame is ash wood with a clear grain and a stable build. Metal legs contrast with the wood and give the chair a crisper line. The seat and back are wrapped in top-grain nubuck leather, which has a soft, matte surface that doesn't catch the light. Custom high-end hardware is used at the connections, with a neat finish throughout.
With arms and a solid back, the chair supports you at the back and forearms. The seat cushion is removable, which makes routine cleaning simpler. The swivel base lets you turn toward a side table or a conversation without standing up, making it a practical choice beside a sofa, by a window, or in a bedroom sitting area. Ships new in original packaging with tags.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
Every piece is inspected on video before it leaves the warehouse, and we send you the footage to approve — only after you confirm do we load the container. We check appearance, structure, hardware and that all parts are present.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final for subjective reasons (change of mind, wrong size, colour variance, how it looks in place) — these are direct-showroom goods priced accordingly. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days with photos or video and we refund the damaged portion; we will not ask you to ship furniture back. Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.
