Description
The Ouleya 1307-0231 takes French lines as its starting point and keeps them quiet: a straight top, a soft beige finish, and legs that curve just enough to read as traditional without becoming ornate. It occupies a bedroom corner or a study wall without dominating either room.
The top is designed for two modes of use — getting ready in the morning and working through the afternoon — so you don't need a separate piece for each. The carcass is built from E1-grade particle board, which keeps the surface flat and the structure stable; the legs are solid North American tulipwood, a fine-grained hardwood that feels warm to the touch and carries the weight directly to the floor. An Akzo paint coating finishes the surface in an even pale tone that stays looking substantial rather than thin.
With a four-leg base, the area under the desktop stays open, so there's nothing crowding your legs when you sit down or push back. Small upholstered details soften the points you actually come into contact with.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
