Description
The Oak Cloister high-loft bookcase bed pairs a raised sleeping deck with open space underneath, so a small room can hold both a bed and real storage. The look is American country: clean lines, restrained proportions, and wood left in its natural tone rather than stained into something else.
The frame is entirely solid wood — North American FAS golden sandalwood for the main structure, imported oak for secondary parts — with no veneer or engineered panels standing in for either. Joints are traditional mortise-and-tenon, cut so the timber carries the load instead of exposed hardware.
The surface is finished with natural plant-based wood wax oil. It soaks into the grain rather than sitting on top as a film, so the open pores and texture stay under your hand. The finish and adhesives are formaldehyde-free.
With the sleeping deck lifted above, the floor below stays free for shelving, storage, or a play corner — one piece of furniture covering both sleeping and keeping. It suits a child's room, a shared room, or a compact guest room that has to do more than one job.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
