The HDX202 media console is built entirely from imported Gabonese Goncalo Alves hardwood — no veneer, no engineered panels. A contemporary rectangular body with clean, quiet lines, freestanding placement, hand-worked joinery and a full, even lacquer finish.
Description
A contemporary media console with a straightforward rectangular body and clean, unbroken lines. Nothing is added for decoration: the edges are trimmed tight and the surface is left to the hardwood itself, which carries a deep brown tone with natural variation from panel to panel.
The body is built entirely from imported Gabonese Goncalo Alves solid hardwood, with the frame in solid wood as well. There is no veneer and no engineered panel construction, so what you see on the surface is the material through and through. Joinery is hand-worked and the lacquer is laid on full and even, giving the wood a smooth hand feel while keeping the grain legible underneath.
It stands freestanding, so it can be placed against a media wall without anchoring — useful when you want to rearrange a living room later. The top takes a TV and a few objects; the body handles everyday living-room storage. A restrained solid wood piece that fits contemporary, warm minimal and wood-led interiors.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
A shipping minimum applies per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
