Description
The MAINTAIN HK1818-C1 is a modern dining table built around material rather than ornament. Its rectangular top keeps the practical advantages of a long table — generous seating and a clear path around it — while the corners are eased into a soft radius, so the solid wood reads warm instead of heavy. The palette sits in the black range with a glossy finish, and the walnut grain becomes visible as light moves across the surface.
Material is the point here. The table uses Grade-A imported North American black walnut, and the top, legs and base are all solid walnut, so grain direction and tone stay consistent from the surface down through the support structure. Marble, leather-wrapped detailing and custom hardware are used selectively as contrast and as finishing at the edges.
It works as the anchor of a dedicated dining room, and settles just as naturally into an open-plan living and dining space, where a dark solid wood table gives the room a visual center without closing it off.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
