A solid mahogany sideboard from Jianmei Yinxiang, with cabinet body, frame and legs all in imported mahogany. Deep brown lacquered finish, brass pulls, and restrained French lines. Suited to dining storage or as a living room side cabinet.
Description
This sideboard from Jianmei Yinxiang takes a French direction without turning French into a pile of carving. The outline is square and the proportions are held back. The deep brown lacquered finish lets the mahogany grain show through: from a distance it reads as a sober dark wood, up close you can follow the grain.
The cabinet body, frame and legs are all solid imported mahogany, not veneer or a board substrate. On a piece like a sideboard, which holds dishes and bottles over the long term, solid wood matters in a fairly direct way: the structure stays stable and the edges take everyday knocks. The brass pulls are the few metal parts on the piece, and against the dark brown wood the contrast is clear.
Freestanding and designed to sit against a wall, it works on one side of a dining room for dishes, barware, napkins and everyday clutter, or as a transition cabinet between living and dining areas. The rectangular top leaves room for a coffee machine, kettle or display objects.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
