Description
The Jersey chair is a single-seat lounge chair that handles mid-century language with restraint. Coffee-brown leather, a rubberwood frame, exposed solid wood legs — the proportions are low and open, so the chair holds its place in a room through line and mass rather than decoration.
The seat and back cushion are both wrapped in full top-grain leather, supple to the touch and softening with use. The frame and legs are rubberwood, left visible so the wood tone sits in quiet contrast to the coffee-brown hide.
One cushion, a low back, and arms on either side give your shoulders and forearms somewhere to rest, which is what makes the chair easy to stay in rather than merely sit in.
It works beside a sofa as a reading spot, or on its own in a study or bedroom. Mid- is not fussy about the room around it — walnut, rattan, wool — and this chair tends to become the point the eye lands on.

- If something arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video, and we will refund the damaged portion.
- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.
- Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
