An Italian-made six-light chandelier with a carved bronze frame and high-fired ceramic in celadon blue, finished with gold outlining and hand-painted detailing. A discontinued piece suited to dining rooms, living rooms and entryways.

Description

This six-light chandelier was made in Italy by a factory that has since closed, so the remaining pieces are discontinued stock. The frame is carved bronze, paired with high-fired ceramic components finished in a celadon blue glaze, then detailed with gold outlining, hand painting and polychrome work. The blue-and-gold combination follows a classic French approach to lighting.

Bronze and ceramic bring different qualities to the same fixture: the metal carries the structure and line, while the ceramic provides the soft sheen of the glaze. Because the detailing is hand-painted, brushwork varies slightly from piece to piece, which is normal for this type of work.

The six-light arrangement suits a dining table, a living room or a tall entryway as a primary light source. The chain can be adjusted to the ceiling height, and the French style and celadon palette sit well in classic, eclectic or vintage-influenced interiors.

Where does your furniture come from?

We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.

What's the quality like?

A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.

Is there anything I should know before ordering?

Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:

  • Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
  • Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
  • Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.

Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?

Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.

What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?

The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.

How does inspection before shipping work?
