The Ingeli Givenchy Earl leisure chair pairs a solid birch frame and legs with cotton-linen upholstery in a deep brown lacquered finish, featuring a slat back, arms and nailhead trim for study, living room or dining use.
Description
The Earl chair takes an American approach that lets line and material do the talking. The deep brown lacquered finish brings out the grain of the birch and keeps the piece grounded in a study or living room.
The frame and legs are both solid birch, with a slat back and arms that give the back somewhere to rest. Seat and back are upholstered in cotton-linen, a natural counterpoint to the hardness of the wood. Nailhead trim runs along the edges—the chair's one decorative gesture, understated but clearly made with care.
Proportioned as a standard leisure chair with a comfortable seat height, it is easy to get in and out of. Use it as a reading chair in the study, a single chair in the living room, or as a dining chair; it sits well in American, vintage or mixed interiors.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
