Description
The Tingyue accent chair belongs to Heyan's Ting collection and takes a contemporary reading of Chinese form as its starting point. The back rises high above the seat to create a strong vertical line, while the rest of the frame stays round and pared back. A gray finish keeps the wood tone quiet, so the chair settles comfortably into modern Chinese, natural-wood, or minimalist interiors.
The frame and body are made in solid Longfengtan hardwood, with a continuous grain and a warm, tactile surface. The seat is upholstered, adding a softer layer to an otherwise solid wood structure. With no arms, the seat stays open on both sides, making it easy to get in and out of.
It is a single-seat lounge chair: a reading corner in a study, a guest chair in an office reception area, or a standalone piece at the edge of a living room. The high back gives it enough presence to hold a corner on its own, and it shares the collection's proportions with the other Ting pieces.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
