A new-Chinese style long bench from Heyan's Xing collection, built on a solid wood frame with a top-grain leather seat in brown and off-white. The armless, backless profile works as an entryway bench or at the foot of a bed.

Description

The Tingfeng bench belongs to Heyan's Xing collection and takes a new-Chinese approach to the long bench. The frame and legs are solid wood, and the seat is upholstered in top-grain leather with a brown and off-white split that reads calm rather than decorative.

The design drops the arms and back, so the silhouette stays clean and doesn't crowd a hallway or the end of a bed. That long, low proportion is what makes it useful in two places at once: at the entry for pulling shoes on and off, and at the foot of the bed as a place to sit or set things down.

Solid wood and top-grain leather together give it a firm seat with a soft surface, and the fixed cushion keeps the seat plane even in daily use. It is manufactured by Zhongtailong Furniture Group, with the restrained detailing the Xing collection is known for.

Frequently asked questions

Where does your furniture come from?

We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.

What's the quality like?

A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.

Is there anything I should know before ordering?

Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:

  • Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
  • Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
  • Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.

Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?

Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.

What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?

The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.

How does inspection before shipping work?

Every piece is inspected on video before it leaves the warehouse, and we send you the footage to approve — only after you confirm do we load the container. We check appearance, structure, hardware and that all parts are present.

Can I return an item?
