Part of Giorgioni's new Chinese zebrano collection, this round side table is built from solid Gabonese zebrano hardwood cut from old-growth logs. The round top can be specified with natural Myanmar marble in Blue Coast or Red Kirin, and the four-leg solid wood base carries a deep walnut-toned lacquer finish.
Description
The Giorgioni HDX8889 is a small round side table from the house's new Chinese zebrano series. A round top on four straight legs, with the decorative carving of traditional Chinese furniture stripped away and only the deep walnut-toned finish left behind. It sits quietly beside a sofa or under a window.
The body is made entirely of solid Gabonese zebrano, also known as big zebra wood, taken from trees grown over centuries, which is why the grain carries such pronounced stripes. The round top can be specified with natural Myanmar marble in Blue Coast or Red Kirin; each slab's figuring is its own, and the stone reads differently against the solid wood frame. The surface is lacquered.
The height is set for reaching down from a sofa or lounge chair, so it takes a cup of tea, a book, a small incense burner or a few objects without crowding the room. Paired with the matching lounge chair it closes off a complete seating corner; on its own it is an accent table that takes up very little floor.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
