An American classic armchair built on a carved mahogany frame, with a top-grain leather seat and a floral fabric back. Rolled arms, a high back and nailhead trim give it a full, traditional silhouette — equally at home beside the sofa or at a study desk.
Description
A single armchair in the American classic vein. The arms roll outward and the back runs high and full, so the chair holds its own next to a sofa or beside a desk rather than disappearing into the room.
The frame and legs are carved mahogany, a wood with a warm brown tone, finished with a glossy surface that brings out the carved lines. The seat is top-grain leather — smooth to the touch and made to be sat on daily. The back switches to a floral fabric, so leather and cloth split the work between them: the solid wood outline reads softer, and the chair gains color depth it wouldn't have in leather alone.
Nailhead trim runs along the frame, the signature detail of American classic furniture, and the seat cushion is fixed rather than loose. The chair does not fold and does not stack — it's meant to stay where you put it. As a reading or desk chair in a study, or a lounge chair in the living room, that's exactly the point.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
