Description

This teapot is built around a French aesthetic, with a pale blue-white glaze and a glossy finish that sets the cool tone of the ceramic against the warmth of the copper. The ceramic body is high-fired with a crackle glaze, its pattern developing naturally across the surface, and each piece is hand-painted, so small variations are part of the finished object.

The metalwork is thick solid copper, hand-carved, forming a frame that supports and frames the ceramic body. The combination gives the piece a strong presence in a living room and makes it equally usable for tea service or as a serving vessel.

  • We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.
  • Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.

Frequently asked questions

Where does your furniture come from?

We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.

What's the quality like?

A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.

Is there anything I should know before ordering?

Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:

  • Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
  • Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
  • Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.

Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?

Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.

What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?

The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.

How does inspection before shipping work?

Can I return an item?
