A king bed in the light French manner: top-grain leather over the headboard panel and bed frame, solid wood as the primary structure with carbon steel components. Classic French proportions, stripped of heavy carving, for a modern primary bedroom.
Description
The Fakasa king bed takes the light French route: the outline and proportions of a French bed are kept, while the heavy carving and layered mouldings are left out. The result sits comfortably against both pale plaster walls and darker wood floors.
Top-grain leather covers the headboard panel and the bed frame, and that surface carries the design. The grain and sheen of the leather do the decorative work, so nothing extra is stacked on top of it.
Solid wood is the primary frame material, with carbon steel components worked in, so there is a real structural frame beneath the upholstery rather than upholstery alone.
The color is a cream leather with a warm brown undertone, which reads easily alongside off-white, light grey and natural wood bedrooms. As a king bed it is intended for a primary bedroom, where the headboard panel forms the full bed wall and no extra soft furnishing is needed behind it. Original design, sold factory-direct.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
Every piece is inspected on video before it leaves the warehouse, and we send you the footage to approve — only after you confirm do we load the container. We check appearance, structure, hardware and that all parts are present.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final for subjective reasons (change of mind, wrong size, colour variance, how it looks in place) — these are direct-showroom goods priced accordingly. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days with photos or video and we refund the damaged portion; we will not ask you to ship furniture back. Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.
