A vintage-style chair from the English Earl collection: solid imported red beech frame, hand-carved detail on both sides of the back, and an imported top-grain leather seat and back with button tufting and nailhead trim. High back, armless, and equally at home at a dining table or a desk.
Description
The English Earl chair brings a vintage brown palette and classic detailing to the room, and reads just as well pulled up to a writing desk.
The frame and legs are solid imported red beech. The backrest is carved by hand on both faces, so the detail reads from the front and from behind rather than being a single-sided decorative panel. Seat and back are upholstered in imported top-grain leather, with button tufting across the back and nailhead trim tracing the edges.
The high back and armless profile let you sit back without the chair feeling bulky, and make it easy to slide in and out at a table. Use it as a dining chair, a desk chair, or a single accent chair in an entryway or bedroom.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
