An English export–style vanity stool with a solid imported beech frame, painted in an American Sherwin-Williams water-based finish and detailed with bamboo-node carving and gold tracing. The seat is imported cotton-linen over high-resilience foam with a sinuous spring base — equally at home as a foyer or piano stool.
Description
This stool borrows the bamboo-node silhouette of English export furniture: the legs and stretchers are carved to read as bamboo, then painted and traced with gold over the finish. The detailing is decorative without being loud, which is why it sits comfortably in a bedroom, a foyer or a music room.
The frame and legs are solid imported beech, finished in Sherwin-Williams water-based paint. The bamboo-node pattern is painted along each section and traced in gold. The seat is imported cotton-linen over high-resilience foam, supported by a sinuous spring base so it holds its shape through daily use rather than compressing over time. Nailhead trim finishes the seat edge, and the stool is backless and armless with a rectangular footprint that tucks neatly under a vanity or console.
Use it at a bedroom vanity, in the entry as a place to sit while putting on shoes, or at a piano.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
