Part of Dongsheng Furniture's Yueji Collection, the YJ61N-1 is a solid Wujin wood armchair in the new Chinese style. Frame, legs, seat and vertical slat back are all solid wood, finished in a warm red-brown lacquer. Integrated arms and a firm, unupholstered wood seat suit a tea table, a reading corner or a host chair in the living room.
Description
The YJ61N-1 takes the classic enclosing armchair silhouette and strips it back to essentials. The back is built from evenly spaced vertical slats that flow into the arms, set over a clean rectangular seat. Lines stay simple, so the chair sits comfortably in a corner of the living room, beside a tea table or under a study window.
Frame, legs, seat and back are all solid Wujin wood, a dense timber with a naturally dark tone. A red-brown lacquer finish gives the surface an even, smooth hand-feel that pairs well with dark wood furniture and cotton or linen textiles.
The seat is solid wood with no cushion, which keeps the posture upright and the look uncluttered — well suited to receiving guests, drinking tea or reading. The chair does not fold or stack, so it reads as a single, intentional piece in a room.
Yueji is a collection built for everyday use at home. In its traditional context this chair is often placed as the host chair; it works just as well as a lounge chair or a casual chair around the tea table.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
