A rectangular dining table from Dihao, made entirely of Wujinmu solid wood with a deep brown stained finish and turned legs. Built for the dining room, and equally at home as a writing or work table in an open-plan space.
Description
The Dihao Wujinmu dining table is built from Wujinmu solid wood from top to base — the tabletop, the legs and the frame are all the same timber, so the colour and grain read as one piece rather than a mix of materials.
The surface carries a deep brown stained finish. The staining is done so the wood's own figure stays visible: you can still see the grain lines and the natural light-to-dark shifts across the top. Nothing is hidden under an opaque coating.
Styling leans vintage. The top is rectangular with a clean, straight edge, and the four turned legs are shaped on a lathe with a subtle swell through the middle. That profile is an old woodworking form, and it gives the table a more grounded look than plain straight legs would — steady in the room without feeling heavy.
As a dining table it handles everyday family meals and larger gatherings, and the rectangular format leaves space at either end for plates and serving dishes. In an open-plan layout or a study, the same proportions work as a desk or work table. Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
