A round tissue box from Digao, pairing a hand-painted ceramic body with a copper-wrapped rim. The glazed surface carries a natural ice-crackle finish, and the bird-and-flower motif is painted by hand. Suited to living rooms, studies and tea settings.
Description
This tissue box comes from Digao and is built around the pairing of copper and ceramic. A carved copper rim wraps the outer edge, drawing the round silhouette in metal; the body itself is high-fired ceramic with an ice-crackle glaze, the cracks settling naturally rather than in a regular pattern. The bird-and-flower motif on the lid is painted by hand, and its linework and color carry visible brush character against the crackled ground.
The overall look is white ceramic with a copper-toned edge, leaning toward a Chinese-inspired style that sits quietly on a coffee table, a study desk or a tea setting. The round shape has no hard corners, which makes for an easy hand feel when pulling a tissue. As a storage piece it does the everyday job of holding tissues while contributing a copper-and-ceramic material note to the room. The design is discontinued and will not be restocked.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
