Description
The CY996 is a dining chair rooted in the American traditional style. The frame, legs and back are all built from mahogany solid wood, finished with a stain that brings out a deep brown tone and keeps the natural grain visible. It pairs easily with most solid wood dining tables.
The back is the focal point: a double-ring interlocking carving sits at the center, finished with scroll details along the top rail. Below, the S-curved legs carry the line from the back down to the floor. The seat is upholstered in leather and edged with nailhead trim, which sets a softer texture against the matte wood. With no arms and an open back, the chair is easy to get in and out of and slides under the table without fuss.
The oval seat and tall back suit family dining rooms and open-plan kitchen and dining areas, and the chair also works as a single accent piece in a sitting area or study. Its American styling fits both long and round solid wood dining tables.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
