Description
American traditional dining furniture, kept restrained: a high back, no arms, a deep brown palette. Nailhead trim runs along the seat rail and back edge and is the only metal on the chair — no carving, no ornament layered on for its own sake. It reads well against a solid wood table, dark wood flooring or a walnut-toned room.
The frame, legs and back posts are all solid mahogany. The wood is close-grained with a warm undertone, and the stained finish brings it to dark brown while the grain stays visible. The seat is top-grain leather — breathable in contact, and it takes on the shape of the sitter over time. The outside of the back is wrapped in faux leather, which sets up a material contrast with the leather seat and gives the back panel a firmer line.
Without arms, the chair is easy to get in and out of, and it moves freely between tightly spaced place settings. The tall back supports the shoulders through a long dinner, not just a quick meal. Beyond the dining room it works as a spare seat in a study or at a tea table.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
