Description
The 242 is a compact square side table in a modern, pared-back vein. Its proportions are tight, which keeps the block-like silhouette legible in a small piece rather than letting details clutter it.
The rose gold is neither red nor yellow — closer to a warm neutral — and the brushed finish gives the metal a fine directional grain. Light moves across it in layers instead of bouncing off in a single hard highlight, so the table can sit in the main sightline of a living room without competing with everything around it.
The glass top sets transparency against the solid metal frame, letting the eye pass through to the floor. Frame and legs are the same metal in the same color and finish, so the line runs unbroken from the underside of the top down through the legs, with no added ornament. Construction is fixed; the table does not fold or extend.
In use it suits the side of a sofa, the space next to an armchair, or a bedside, where a book, a cup, or a remote needs a place to land. Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
