A custom rectangular coffee table with a two-tier layout. Solid Russian birch frame and legs, a wood-veneer marquetry top, and a dark brown painted finish. The lower shelf keeps books, magazines and remotes off the main surface — sized for the area in front of a living room sofa or a seating corner.
Description
This table keeps its lines simple: a long rectangle, four straight legs, nothing added. The dark brown tone and visible birch grain give it enough visual weight to hold its own in front of a light sofa, and it sits comfortably alongside darker leather seating too.
The frame and legs are solid Russian birch. Grain and tone vary from piece to piece — that is normal for solid wood and part of what makes each table read a little differently. The top is built from wood veneer in a marquetry layout, with multiple sections matched so the grain runs continuously across the surface. It is finished in Dabao paint in a consistent dark brown that wipes down easily day to day.
Functionally it works on two levels. The main top takes a tray, a teapot, a vase; the lower shelf takes the things that usually end up cluttering a coffee table — books, remotes, a tissue box — so the surface above stays clear. It suits use as a main coffee table in a living room, and equally as a low surface in a seating area or an open-plan study.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
