A French-style square side table from Baojule, finished in champagne gold and beige with hand-applied gilt outlining and hand-painted detailing. The frame and cabriole legs are solid German beech. Sized to sit beside a sofa or armchair as a casual table for drinks, books and lamps. New, just unboxed.
Description
This Baojule side table takes its cues from French furniture: a square top carried on cabriole legs that curve inward at the knee and flare out again at the foot. The silhouette stays restrained, which is what makes it easy to live with next to a sofa.
The frame and legs are solid German beech, a tight-grained hardwood with an even figure. After carving, the surface is painted in champagne gold and beige, then finished with hand-applied gilt outlining and hand-painted color detailing. Because both steps are done by hand, the gold lines and brushwork differ slightly from one table to the next.
Use it beside a sofa or armchair for a cup of tea, a book, a lamp or a scent diffuser, or set it in a corner as a small occasional table. The warm, muted palette sits comfortably with pale wood, beige and cream interiors, and reads as a contrast against darker upholstery. New, just unboxed.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
How does inspection before shipping work?
Every piece is inspected on video before it leaves the warehouse, and we send you the footage to approve — only after you confirm do we load the container. We check appearance, structure, hardware and that all parts are present.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final for subjective reasons (change of mind, wrong size, colour variance, how it looks in place) — these are direct-showroom goods priced accordingly. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days with photos or video and we refund the damaged portion; we will not ask you to ship furniture back. Flaws already shown in the pre-shipment video and approved by you are not covered.
