Description
The U508A is a French-style sideboard in a soft cream paint. The palette is deliberately quiet: it lets the table, the chairs or a rug carry the room while the cabinet holds the wall behind them without competing.
The case and frame are solid North American yellow poplar, not engineered board with a veneer. That matters in a piece you open and close every day — the grain runs continuous across the front, the joints take the weight of stacked dinnerware, and the cabinet sits firmly on the floor. The surface is finished in Dabao paint, laid on evenly so the cream reads as a warm off-white rather than a flat, chalky white.
It is rectangular and freestanding, so it can go flush against a wall or close off the end of a dining run. Inside, the storage takes plates, glassware and serving pieces; the top surface is there for a carafe, a lamp, or whatever gets set down on the way into the kitchen. Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
