Description
The Bally William D2033 lounge chair comes from the brand's 1837 antique furniture line and is an imported, discontinued piece. The look is vintage throughout: a solid wood frame in a distressed finish, hand-carved lines paired with modern brass hardware, and arms plus a solid wood back that give it the silhouette of a classic lounge chair. It reads as a natural fit in a living room, study or reading corner.
The materials are not pieced together. Top-grain aniline leather covers both the seat and the back, front and rear, keeping the natural grain and hand of the hide. The frame and legs are Indonesian mahogany hardwood, built entirely from solid wood. Each chair carries its product number, D2033, etched on the back for traceability.
The solid back and arms give steady support, and the fixed frame — not a swivel, not a folding chair, not a recliner — stays planted as you sit down and stand up. It pairs well with leather sofas and solid wood coffee tables, and works just as well as a standalone chair in a study.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
