An imported solid wood chair from British brand Bally William, model D2033. Built in Indonesian mahogany hardwood with hand-carved detailing, brass fittings and a distressed vintage finish, upholstered in beige fabric with a tufted back. The armless profile suits a dining table, a desk or a reading corner.
Description
Bally William is a British antique furniture house, and the D2033 is one of its imported solid wood chairs. The look is unmistakably vintage: deep mahogany grain, hand-carved detailing along the back and legs, and a distressed finish that gives the piece the quiet, worn-in character of older furniture. It sits comfortably beside a solid wood dining table, at a study desk, or in a wood-toned corner of a living room or bedroom.
The seat and back are upholstered in beige fabric, with a tufted back that softens the hard lines of the frame. No arms means a cleaner side profile and an easier fit under a dining table. Frame and legs are solid wood, finished with brass fittings. Each chair carries the model number D2033 etched on the back.
Use it as part of a dining set with a long table, or on its own as a desk or reading chair. Imported.

- We will not ask you to ship the furniture back — return freight on large items usually costs more than the piece itself.

Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
