Description
This coffee table takes the minimalist route: a long rectangular top, straight edges, four legs, and nothing applied for decoration. The proportions and the materials do the work.
The frame is solid ash, stained in a black oak smoked tone, so the grain still reads through the darker finish — and it will vary from one piece to the next, which is normal for solid wood rather than a defect. The top is sintered stone from Inalco in Spain, in a snow-white color that sets up a clear light-against-dark relationship with the wood beneath it. That pairing of cool, dense stone with warm solid wood is the table's central idea. The legs are metal, kept thin in section, and land squarely at four points, leaving the space under the top visually open.
In length it runs long rather than square, which makes it a natural fit in front of a three- or four-seat sofa, or as the main table at the center of a living room. Where does your furniture come from?
We select furniture directly from partner showrooms in Foshan, alongside surplus and end-of-season opportunities from established lines. We do not hide where the value comes from: we look for pieces that can stand up to showroom presentation, buy directly, and pass the saving on.
What's the quality like?
A showroom is an unforgiving place to judge furniture: colour in daylight, joinery, upholstery, scale and finish are all visible up close. That is the standard we use when selecting: the piece has to be good enough to be presented on a showroom floor, not merely cheap enough to sell.
Is there anything I should know before ordering?
Two things we'd rather you know up front, so there are no surprises on delivery:
- Much of our inventory is surplus stock. We do not present it as anything else, but surplus is not the same as poor quality. We disclose the actual condition of each piece before sale.
- Some pieces may be showroom samples with light handling marks. We inspect every piece before shipping and send you video of the actual goods to approve.
- Some designs are quite distinctive and won't suit everyone. That's a matter of taste rather than quality. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll send you actual photos and details.
Is everything in stock? Can it ship immediately?
Yes — the vast majority is in stock and ready to ship right away. In the rare case our system is out of date and an item has sold, we tell you immediately and help you switch to another piece or get a refund.
What is the minimum order and how is freight calculated?
The minimum order value is $5,000 per shipment. Below that you can still order — we hold the goods and ship them together once your combined orders reach the minimum. We ship by the container, so mixing items cuts your freight cost significantly.
